NJ Man Had Sexual Contact With Child, Filmed It, Police Say

A 27-year-old Hunterdon County resident was arrested and charged on Friday, June 21 with producing child pornography and having sexual contact with a child, authorities said.

Authorities received a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about Seth Maguire leading to an investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Forensics Services Unit office, Renee Robeson, Hunterdon County Prosecutor said.

Prosecutors in Hunterdon County were assisted by sheriffs in Kentucky and North Carolina, Robeson said.

Maguire was charged with directing child sexual abuse material, sexual conduct with a child and possessing child sexual abuse material, Robeson said.
